It’s a power pack performance based smart phone with touch screen and so many other incredible features. Looks like it is a handy competitor for Apple’s IPhone, Samsung Omnia has it all as Smart phones should have. It has 5 megapixels Camera, Incredible Music Player with inbuilt FM radio, 3g video calling features, lightening fast web internet browsing, and can be connected to any device with USB port or Bluetooth or even Wi-Fi. On whole and Sole we can say it’s a power pack smart phone and has everything inside in it.

Features & Performance: While IPhone was on hype, Samsung’s Omnia came out from nowhere and captured the whole smart phone market, because it has every feature enabled and included. With every release of Samsung’s mobile phones they update and improve their touch screen user interface, so they did that again. Samsung Omnia’s touch screen user interface is improved a lot. It has WQVGA 3.2 inch screen which is even bigger than IPhone and LG’s Viewty. On the other hand Samsung’s Omnia runs on windows mobile 6.1 OS which is a major plus, because its interface is just similar to PC users, which makes it user friendly as well. Omnia supports incredibly for office documents such as power point presentation, MS excel, Ms Word Docs which is just amazing for business on the go purposes. It has also mobile version of Internet explore for secure and fast mobile web browsing. And most of all you guys can download any third party software which support PC windows OS, and you can install them on it.

Multimedia & Music Playback: As we have earlier said that Samsung’s Omnia is a power pack phone with every possible feature included. Its Music Player is a good one as well; it nearly supports all Music file formats like WMA, Mp3 VCA and lot more. Music Playback sound quality is great as well as it support 3D surround sound feature. Has an inbuilt FM radio which is a plus for sure. Its Video Playback Capabilities supports all major file formats, and most of all it supports for DivX files as well. Now talking about its camera capabilities, it’s an incredible phone for mobile photography addicted users, as it has 5 megapixel camera with face detection Autofocus, Smile detection, LED flash, digital Zoom feature. Its video camera is superb as well; with image stabilization feature enabled.

Connectivity & Web Browsing: Web Browsing and internet connectivity is exciting as well, as it has mobile version of internet explorer in it with HSDPA for faster Downloads. Which makes browsing immensely secure and fast; On the other hand it has GPS navigation built it. Its Connectivity is really unbeatable when comparing to other smart phones, with a choice of Bluetooth, USB ports and Wi-Fi. One of the outstanding features of the Omnia is the absolutely huge memory that it supports. Available in a choice of 8 or 16 Gbytes and it also supports for MicroSD which make sure that you guys can expand its memory anytime for data storage.

Positives and Drawbacks: The battery life is very good too, which is quite a surprise for a touch screen phone with so much functionality. The touch screen user interface is brilliantly designed it’s a bit complex sometime for new users but over all its pretty good and productive.

This Incredible Samsung i8510 is the first ever 8 megapixel camera which is launched in Europe. And the most impressive thing is that it is built on the symbian OS and 60 series, as Nokia’s N95. And Most of all it has all the features of N95 which includes a Very Good Music Player with FM radio in built, GPS satellite position system, WIFI for internet facilities, and 8 GB of Inbuilt memory with 16 GB expandable ability, which really makes it a power pack Mobile phone.

Features & performances: As we have discussed earlier that Samsung i8510 is based on Symbian operating system and have pretty much similar features as Nokia N95 have in it. I would like to talk about its Camera first, well nobody ever though that Samsung will release their high resolution camera phone in the market so early, And it is giving really tough competition to all its competitors like Sony Ericsson and Nokia which recently launched their 5 mega pixel Camera phones. The i8510 makes camera phones closer to interface that dedicated camera have. Samsun i8510 have a button upfront which activates the camera, open up the lens cover, and shifts between camera, video and the gallery. Quality of Pictures is incredible and video recording as well; it’s a complete package for those who love mobile phone photography.

Multimedia and Music Player: Great benefits of wide and large phone is that they can fit a large LCD display, and Samsung i8510 have definitely made the most of the available space with a high-resolution QVGA display measuring 2.8 inches across, and displaying 16 million colours, makes it really next to perfect smart phone. On the other hand when we talk about its Music Playback capabilities, it is as incredible as its other features are. Its music player can manage and handle all sorts of popular Music file formats [MP3, OGG, ACC, WMA etc.] it has also a FM radio Inbuilt with 3D surround sound. We must say that its music capabilities are as same as all the smart phones have. Its music playback also support DivX playback, so makes it even more compact phone. Although It has 8 GB inbuilt memory which can store over 2000 Mp3 songs, but still you guys can store more of your MP3 songs with 16 GB expandable Memory. The i8510 also has a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, so you can plug in your own high-quality headphones.

Connectivity, Internet & GPS system: Samsung i8510 have a GPS satellite positioning system, just like Nokia N95, and it’s pretty handy and useful for those who love Google maps and navigation systems on the go. Beside that features, Samsung i8510 is a great platform for internet access, its inbuilt HTML and wap browser has so many unique features which makes the web page layout looks clean and optimized for its LCD screen. The touch-sensitive scroller works really well when browsing the web. With HSDPA enabled download speeds of up to 3.6 Mbps, you can access web pages pretty fast, and on the other way you guys can now download music and video directly to your mobile phone, no need to download on your pc and then transfer them to you mobile phone. In addition to web access, the phone is able to connect via USB 2.0 or wirelessly via Bluetooth and WiFi. You can use the TV-Out connection to view photos and video directly on your TV. It’s also possible to stream content wirelessly to a compatible PC or laptop using WiFi.

Positives & Drawbacks: There are so many to count when it comes about positives aspects of this incredible phone like GPS system, incredible 8 megapixel camera, excellent web browser and Music Playback, but the only drawback would say is that its battery life isn’t up to the mark, they could have done a bit more on that aspect, cause smart phones are made to live long with their backup battery time. But on a good note I must say it’s an incredible phone for those who love Camera phones.
